Kane and Liza will work with you to design and plan your renovation to suit your needs and budget. Selection of materials and finishes will be purposefully undertaken to suit your needs, to maximise your homes worth.
Whether you renovation be residential or commercial in nature, we will ensure the design meets all relevant National Construction Code and Australian Legislation requirements. We are licensed and insured through the QBCC and have an exemplar record giving you confidence your design and construction will be to the highest standards.
Construction
Kane will be the man on the tools undertaking your renovation. Giving you confidence that your ideas from the initial consultation is fully realised through to the final construction and completion of your renovation.
Kane is supported by a licensed plumber and electrician with whom he has worked for over 25 years. This close working partnership ensures all specialist work is undertaken with the care and due diligence expected.
Completion
At the end of construction, Kane will liaise directly with you to ensure that you are completely satisified with the final result. Post occupancy inspections are considered a crucial part of the construction process .
Steamy Bathrooms construction work is guaranteed and warranted for a period of 6 years and 6 months, where aftermarket support is guaranteed.

He works with his clients from the initial free site consultation, where the scope of works, design aesthetic and budget are all reviewed. From there, he can take the hard work away from you, and develop an outline of planning, materials and fixtures selections to suit your budget. All licensed specialist trades such as asbestos removal, plumbing and electrical works can also be managed directly through Kane, making your renovation as seamless and carefree as possible.
