How much will the job cost?

Kane will undertake a free onsite inspection and consultation with you at your home, to understand your needs and budget requirements. Every project is different and therefore we can tailor the renovation to suit your needs and budget.

How long will the renovation take?

Kane works on 1 project at a time, ensuring the continuity and efficiency is maintained to deliver your project within the minimum timeframe as possible. We understand how disruptive renovations can be, especially to a busy household and therefore will plan and work with you to minimise any inconvenience where possible.

Generally an average sized single bathroom renovation will take between 7-10 working days.

Are you fully licensed?

Of course! Kane has been a licensed sole trader and registered through the QBCC. Licence number: 1251085

This gives you comfort knowing your work is being undertaken by a reputable, and honest tradesmen.

What are the guarantees and warranties?

All works and finishes installed by Kane are fully warranted for a period of 6 years and 6 months from date of contract commenced.

Is there a Contract Agreement?

Yes, Kane works with the standard QBCC renovation, extension and repair contract.

This contract clearly outlines the rights and responsibilities of all parties in simple, clear English. Dates for commencement and completion of works are confirmed, as well as contract budget and scope of works.

Who will be doing the work?

Kane himself will undertake all construction work and liaise with you on a daily basis during the project. Kane is further supported by his specialists trades in plumbing, electrical, and custom joinery where he manages these elements of the work for you.

What if I want to change things?

Steamy Bathrooms quotations also provide a clear graphic description and image of all fixed furniture and equipment provided within the scope of works. Should you wish to update or amend these during the construction of your renovation we can simply update the quotation, clearly identifying the changes and associated costs or savings. We will provide you a written cost estimate for your review and approval prior to commencement of works
